Our firm has expertise representing Indian tribes and environmental interests before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. The cases involve major federal environmental statutes such as the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the National Environmental Policy Act and the Endangered Species Act. We also have been involved in major litigation relating to Washington’s Environmental Policy Act, Shoreline Management Act and similar legislation.

Probate and Estate Planning
