Environmental law
Our firm has expertise representing Indian tribes and environmental organizations before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. These cases have involved federal environmental statutes such as the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act and Endangered Species Act, and Washington laws including the Shoreline Management Act and Washington Water Code.

Washington Water Law
The firm has a long history of representing clients before state courts and administrative agencies in cases involving the Washington Water Code. Among our work for non-tribal organizations, we successfully represented the Okanogan Wilderness League in its effort to require irrigators in the Methow Valley to minimize wasteful irrigation practices and conserve Methow River water for junior appropriators and wildlife.

We have extensive experience advising individuals regarding estate planning, and preparing wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, health directives and related documents.
